Once your request is received and reviewed, we will issue an official invoice. Please note that your booking is only confirmed after full payment has been made before the scheduled trip date.
The service includes transportation to the agreed-upon destination(s). Any deviations, extended usage, or additional stops not stated in the quotation may attract extra fees.
All vehicles are delivered with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. If the fuel depletes before the return trip (e.g. at the destination), the client is responsible for refueling the vehicle to make the return journey. Upon arrival, the client must top up the tank to full before handing over the vehicle. This ensures the full tank policy is met regardless of fuel use during the trip.
Refunds are issued only after the trip and based on actual usage. If fewer vehicles are used, refunds are calculated post-trip.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before the trip: Non-refundable
Cancellations between 48–72 hours: 30% cancellation fee applies
Cancellations between 72–96 hours: 15% cancellation fee applies
Refunds may exclude administrative or mobilisation charges.
Each hiring covers a maximum period up to 8:00 PM on the day of service. Any usage beyond 8:00 PM will attract an overtime charge of GHS 100 per hour, per vehicle.
Driver’s allowance is not included in the quoted rate unless otherwise instructed by the client. The client is required to provide a daily stipend as agreed, and where applicable, cover accommodation and feeding costs. These expenses are either billed separately or managed directly by the client as outlined in the service agreement.
